Paula is originally from Romania where she devoted 15 years to studying music. A decade ago her career path shifted towards dentistry. She started as a trainee dental nurse, and after 18 months, Paula discovered her true passion lay in the intricacies of dental practice management and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

This led her to explore and learn about the various specialised and general dental procedures. She gained invaluable experiences as front-of-house staff in prestigious private dental practices in Central London excelling in reception duties and optimizing the patient journey.

Paula will be one of your first points of contact at Silicon Dental Centre. With her calm, engaging, and efficient manner, she will ensure your experience is easy and pleasant. Paula loves working in reception delivering excellent customer service.

Paula’s educational background encompasses a BA in business management and an ongoing pursuit of an MBA. She is highly dedicated to continuing her growth within our team at Silicon Dental.

In her spare time Paula enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and travelling.
