Arezoo is an accomplished dental professional whose passion for excellence and patient care defines every aspect of her work. Her career began in 2013 as a dental nurse, where she trained and worked alongside leading specialists in world-renowned practices on Harley Street and in Notting Hill. These formative years instilled in her a deep appreciation for precision, artistry, and clinical excellence.

Since joining Silicon Dental in September 2020, Arezoo’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have seen her rise to the role of Head Nurse and Practice Manager. In this capacity, she combines her clinical insight with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the practice. She is deeply committed to fostering a supportive, motivated, and high-performing team cultivating an environment where excellence, integrity, and patient satisfaction are at the heart of everything they do.

Arezoo takes great pride in guiding and mentoring her colleagues, setting clear goals, and implementing efficient systems that elevate both team performance and patient experience. Her strategic approach to management, paired with her approachable nature, allows her to lead with confidence, empathy, and vision.

Alongside her management role, Arezoo has developed a particular passion for implantology, endodontics, and advanced surgical procedures, where her meticulous attention to detail and calm professionalism consistently shine through.

Most recently, Arezoo has expanded her expertise into facial aesthetics, completing her advanced training with Derma Medical, a globally recognised leader in aesthetic education. With an eye for balance and harmony, she brings the same dedication and precision from dentistry into aesthetic treatments. She is currently preparing to pursue a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, furthering her commitment to clinical excellence and patient confidence.

Outside the practice, Arezoo embraces an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She enjoys fitness, quality time with her family, and exploring new destinations. Her blend of warmth, professionalism, and ambition makes her an invaluable member of the Silicon Dental team and a trusted presence for every patient in her care.
