Dr Aliya Nazerali
Aliya qualified from the University of Manchester in 2013 and also completed her vocational training year in Manchester. Having worked in an access centre she has had experience of both emergency and routine treatment.
She has achieved the MJDF qualification and is currently undertaking the one-year Certificate course in Advanced Operative Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry. She hopes to develop her interest in implants in the future.
Working at the access centre, Aliya has treated many anxious patients who had little previous experience of dental treatment. Gaining patients’ trust and building their confidence is the aspect that Aliya most enjoys and finds rewarding.
Aliya enjoys hiking and traveling which has been demonstrated by her completion of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh award. She has also climbed the second highest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kenya, and provided dental treatment for locals in one of the villages of Nepal.
